Your role as IT Helpdesk Intern:

Hardware & Software: Support Desktop/Laptop (Windows & macOS) and install software/security tools.
Network: Help setup and troubleshoot office network (LAN/Wifi/Cabling).
System Admin: Support user accounts (Google Workspace) and devices (MDM).
AI & Optimization: Use AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) to research and automate tasks.

You as a person:

Final-year student or recent graduate in IT or a related field
Good logical thinking and proactive attitude.
Basic knowledge of Networking (CCNA is an advantage).
Familiar with Windows and MacOS.
Basic knowledge of programming languages is an advantage.
Basic proficiency in English, particularly for reading technical documentation
