Your role as IT Helpdesk Intern:

• Hardware & Software: Support Desktop/Laptop (Windows & macOS) and install software/security tools.
• Network: Help setup and troubleshoot office network (LAN/Wifi/Cabling).
• System Admin: Support user accounts (Google Workspace) and devices (MDM).
• AI & Optimization: Use AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) to research and automate tasks.

You as a person:

• Final-year student or recent graduate in IT or a related field 
• Good logical thinking and proactive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of Networking (CCNA is an advantage).
• Familiar with Windows and MacOS.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages is an advantage.
• Basic proficiency in English, particularly for reading technical documentation
