Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end accounts payable, such as approval workflows and payment processing.
Verify and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies, issues, or inquiries related to accounts payable and the payment process.
Ensure the accuracy of financial data and reports, identifying and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency.
Generate all required financial reports for specific business streams, including overall monthly reports for the entire division.
Finalize season-end settlement statements for our customers, ensuring accurate reporting of sales, taxes, cash, and contract terms.
Deliver timely and insightful reports for accounting and budgeting purposes.
Provide financial support for non-direct projects, including forecasting and reporting.
Execute the project plans, streamline procedures, and optimize technology within finance operations.
Continuously identify opportunities for accounts payable process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
Ensure seamless and accurate data flow across systems by leveraging integrations with relevant software solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor of Finance, Accounting, or relevant field degree
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and payment processes.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Detail-oriented, strong organizational, analytical, and recording skills.
Be able to work under high pressure.
Trustworthy, honest, careful, ethical, and a fast learner.
Be able to perform as an effective team player and work independently.
