We develop brand and communication strategies, provide consultancy, master creativity, and carry out communication activities in the Nordics, Southeast Asia, and globally.

With more than 47 years of combined years in business, we are experienced in all aspects of brand marketing and deeply invested in developing and applying AI and digital tools to scale communication assets.

Responsibilities

Record Keeping: Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and receipts.
Data Entry: Accurately input financial transactions into the accounting software, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Invoice Management: Assist in the preparation and issuance of invoices, ensuring timely billing and collection.
Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts monthly.
Expense Management: Process expense reports and verify expense claims to ensure compliance with company policies.
Administrative Support: Perform general office duties such as filing, answering phones, and handling correspondence related to accounting matters.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards in all financial operations.

Requirements

An associate‘s degree or relevant certification in accounting or finance is preferred.
Having ability to work full-time.
Proficiency in Google workspace, and familiarity with accounting is a plus.
Ability to be discrete, diplomatic, and maintain confidentiality.
Ability to organize and prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong numerical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
