We develop brand and communication strategies, provide consultancy, master creativity, and carry out communication activities in the Nordics and Southeast Asia.

With more than 47 years of combined years in business, we are experienced in all aspects of brand marketing and deeply invested in developing and applying AI and digital tools to scale communication assets.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and implement learning and development programs aligned with business and team needs
Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires
Work closely with team leads to identify training needs, skill gaps, and development priorities
Organize internal training sessions, workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and external courses
Manage training logistics including schedules, materials, vendors, attendance tracking, and evaluations
Assist in developing learning content such as presentations, guides, training plans, and e-learning materials
Track training effectiveness and maintain accurate L&D records and reports
Support performance development initiatives, competency frameworks, and career development programs
Promote a continuous learning culture within a dynamic, creative workplace
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external training partners in English
Conduct bi-annual Employee Satisfaction Surveys, analyze results, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve employee engagement and workplace experience.
Collect feedback after events and propose improvements for future engagement activities.
Plan, organize, and support company events such as town halls, team-building activities, internal workshops, celebrations, and engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related fields
2–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in an advertising agency or fast-paced environment
Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
Good understanding of adult learning principles and training coordination
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Ability to work with diverse creative teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in Google Workspace; experience with LMS is a plus
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

General Information about the Position:

Probation period: 60 days
Job level: Open for Mid-level to Senior (L2.1 to L3.1)
Employment type: Full-time
Working Location: Thanh My Tay Ward, Ho Chi Minh city
Working Schedule: Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day.
Working time: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
