Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement learning and development programs aligned with business and team needs
- Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires
- Work closely with team leads to identify training needs, skill gaps, and development priorities
- Organize internal training sessions, workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and external courses
- Manage training logistics including schedules, materials, vendors, attendance tracking, and evaluations
- Assist in developing learning content such as presentations, guides, training plans, and e-learning materials
- Track training effectiveness and maintain accurate L&D records and reports
- Support performance development initiatives, competency frameworks, and career development programs
- Promote a continuous learning culture within a dynamic, creative workplace
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external training partners in English
- Conduct bi-annual Employee Satisfaction Surveys, analyze results, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve employee engagement and workplace experience.
- Collect feedback after events and propose improvements for future engagement activities.
- Plan, organize, and support company events such as town halls, team-building activities, internal workshops, celebrations, and engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related fields
- 2–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in an advertising agency or fast-paced environment
- Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Good understanding of adult learning principles and training coordination
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Ability to work with diverse creative teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Google Workspace; experience with LMS is a plus
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

General Information about the Position:
- Report to Head of People and Administration
- Probation period: 60 days
- Job level: Open for Mid-level to Senior (L2.1 to L3.1)
- Employment type: Full-time
- Working Location: Thanh My Tay Ward, Ho Chi Minh city
- Working Schedule: Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day.
- Working time: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
