Your role:

Client Relationship & Business Growth

Strategic Partnership: Build and nurture high-trust client relationships by deeply understanding their business models, industry category, and core communication goals.
Consultative Advisory: Act as a strategic counselor, sensing unsaid needs, dissecting underlying challenges, and guiding clients with absolute clarity to foster long-term retention.
Organic Growth & Pitching: Proactively spot expansion opportunities to ethically grow account scope, while contributing strategic inputs and compelling proposals for new business pitches.

End-to-End Project Execution & Delivery

Lifecycle Governance: Own and lead projects end-to-end across diverse service offerings and scales, taking full accountability from initiation to post-campaign evaluation.
Briefing & Scope Control: Translate complex client requirements into clear, actionable creative and production briefs. Actively manage scope creep to protect team resources and margins.
Timeline & Quality Gates: Establish and monitor project schedules, critical paths, and strict quality control gates to ensure deliverables systematically meet high brand standards.
Multi-Account Orchestration: Concurrently manage multiple accounts and cross-functional workstreams without compromising on execution speed, detail accuracy, or delivery schedules.

Financial Management & Account Profitability

Commercial Modeling & Quotes: Structure precise, well-scoped quotations that capture true operational costs, build in contingency buffers, and defend healthy profit margins.
Budget Tracking & Risk Mitigation: Monitor project burn rates in real time; identify budget risks early, negotiate scope adjustments, and prevent cost overruns before they happen.
P&L Ownership: Drive overall financial health across assigned accounts by overseeing billing milestones, scope-change invoicing, and accurate income forecasting vs. actuals.

Stakeholder Management

Internal Alignment: Act as the seamless bridge between client expectations and internal team, ensuring all outputs are thoroughly vetted before client presentation.
Vendor Operations & SLAs: Source, brief, negotiate, and direct third-party vendors (media, production, photography, print, activation, etc), holding them to strict quality benchmarks, delivery deadlines, and contracted budgets.
Operational Rigor: Maintain up-to-date documentation: briefs, meeting minutes, status reports, timelines, etc.
Ecosystem Development: Continuously evaluate and cultivate a high-performing vendor network optimized for the Vietnamese market landscape.

You as a person:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
3+ years in an agency or client-facing role, with at least 1–2 years as an Account Manager.
Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential; confident communication in both Vietnamese and English.
Proven track record of effectively prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
Understanding of marketing, branding, and digital communication trends in Vietnam.
Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about delivering results that make an impact.

Working Schedule: Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day.
Working time: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
