We develop brand and communication strategies, provide consultancy, master creativity, and carry out communication activities in the Nordics, Southeast Asia, and globally.
With more than 47 years of combined years in business, we are experienced in all aspects of brand marketing and deeply invested in developing and applying AI and digital tools to scale communication assets.

Roles and Responsibilities
1) Project management:
- Manage project scopes and overviewing projects’ deliveries and performance on a daily basis, in close collaboration with service delivery teams.
- Manage project budgets including billable hours and external costs, and responsible for timely invoicing
- Prepare and update project documents/materials, timeframe, minutes of meetings, status reports, etc.
- Conduct a post-project review and responding to notifications to ensure all jobs are on track and well-noticed by all related stakeholders
- Build rapport and maintain professional relationships with all clients by holding regular meetings
- Ensure risks and issues are being tracked and notified across team’s members and direct leaders
2) Leadership:
- Responsible to allocate tasks and manage assigned PM team members within projects
- Offer training and mentoring to members to ensure they are qualified and adaptable in managing multiple projects, in close collaboration with the PM team lead.
- Collaborate closely with the team leads and relevant stakeholders to enhance workflows and improve collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Qualities and Experiences
- A Bachelor (or above) degree in business management, marketing or equivalent with +4 years of relevant working experience
- Advanced level of English communication
- A natural team player attitude
- Ability to multi-task across multi-faceted projects
- Able to adapt to change and respond positively when faced with new challenges
- Be flexible and very hands on with a positive can-do attitude
- Be proactive and timely to support the team to ensure quality, accuracy and practicality of all tasks
- Proven experience in mentoring and guiding team members
Working schedule
You will be working in shifts to engage with our clients around the world who operate in different time zones from ours. Shifts will be rotated weekly, and arranged by team leader.
