Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable, such as approval workflows and payment processing.
• Verify and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. 
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies, issues, or inquiries related to accounts payable and the payment process.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial data and reports, identifying and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Generate all required financial reports for specific business streams, including overall monthly reports for the entire division.
• Finalize season-end settlement statements for our customers, ensuring accurate reporting of sales, taxes, cash, and contract terms. 
• Deliver timely and insightful reports for accounting and budgeting purposes.
• Provide financial support for non-direct projects, including forecasting and reporting.
• Execute the project plans, streamline procedures, and optimize technology within finance operations.
• Continuously identify opportunities for accounts payable process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
• Ensure seamless and accurate data flow across systems by leveraging integrations with relevant software solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Finance, Accounting, or relevant field degree
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and payment processes.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Detail-oriented, strong organizational, analytical, and recording skills.
• Be able to work under high pressure.
• Trustworthy, honest, careful, ethical, and a fast learner.
• Be able to perform as an effective team player and work independently.
