Your role: 

Strategic Planning & Scope

• Align project strategy with company objectives and establish clear deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans covering timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.

Leadership & Governance

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and supervise assigned Project Managers to ensure smooth delivery.
• Foster an inclusive environment that values input and drives high team performance.

Execution & Stakeholder Control

• Monitor project health, resolve delivery blockers, and manage scope changes proactively to ensure a good project margin. 
• Keep stakeholders updated and enforce strict framework and documentation standards.
• Conduct end-of-project reviews to evaluate outcomes, document learnings, and refine future processes.

Workflow Optimization

• Streamline delivery workflows, remove operational bottlenecks, and adopt modern tools.
• Optimize team capacity and throughput to improve velocity without compromising quality.

You as a person:

• A Bachelor (or above) degree in business management, marketing or equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant working experience (Account Management, Project Management).
• Advanced English communication skills; Danish is a strong plus.
• International experience or proven experience working on international projects is preferred.
• A natural team player attitude.
• Ability to multi-task across multi-faceted projects.
• Able to adapt to change and respond positively when faced with new challenges.
• Be flexible and very hands on with a positive can-do attitude.
• Be proactive and timely to support the team to ensure quality, accuracy and practicality of all tasks.
• Proven experience in mentoring and guiding team members

Working schedule

You will be working in shifts to engage with our clients around the world who operate in different time zones from ours. Shifts will be rotated weekly, and arranged by team leader.

• Working Location: Thanh My Tay ward, Ho Chi Minh city
• Working Schedule: Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 7/7.5 hours per day.  
• Working time: 09:30 AM - 6:00 PM or 1:00PM - 9:00PM
