Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Payable Accountant to support our finance team by ensuring timely and accurate processing of supplier payments and basic accounting tasks. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of accounting experience in a marketing or creative services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and staff claims accurately and on time.
• Match purchase orders with invoices and confirm approvals.
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly payment runs.
• Maintain organized records of payables and support document filing.
• Coordinate with internal departments to verify transactions.
• Support monthly closing by ensuring payables are up to date.
• Assist with ad hoc reports or audits when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
• Familiar with basic accounting principles and local tax invoices.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.
• English reading and writing skills (basic communication level).
