The Opportunity: Head of Project Management

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Project Management to lead and inspire our Project Management teams across all InBold offices. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping the future of our project delivery, optimizing workflows, and fostering a culture of growth and excellence within the department. You will play a critical role in ensuring cost-efficient execution, timely deliveries, and building strong, lasting client relationships that drive retention and upsell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, diverse team of project and client managers. Support developing the project management roles in Scandinavia. Foster a collaborative and communicative environment across all office locations. Conduct performance reviews and provide continuous feedback.
• Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with InBold‘s overarching business goals. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for project and client management.
• Operational Excellence: Optimize project management processes, workflows, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and profitability. Implement and refine project management tools and methodologies to ensure seamless delivery.
• Client Success & Growth: Collaborate with business development and partners to attract new clients and build robust relationships with existing ones. Ensure exceptional client satisfaction, leading to high retention rates and identifying upsell opportunities. Participate in key client negotiations and proposal development.
• Financial Stewardship: Manage the department‘s budget effectively, monitoring expenses and identifying opportunities for cost optimization while maintaining quality.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze project and departmental performance data, reporting key insights and recommendations to agency leadership.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with partners and team leads and stakeholders across departments to enhance collaboration and streamline project execution.
• Mentoring & Training: Provide guidance, training, and support to team members, ensuring their continuous development and adaptability in managing diverse projects.

Qualities and Experience:

• Bachelor‘s degree or higher in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant project and client management experience within an International communication or marketing agency environment is an advantage.
• Experience working with projects spanning branding, communication, creative campaigns, production, digital, Social Media and events.
• Proven leadership experience, including recruiting, mentoring, and managing teams.
• Advanced level of English communication (written and verbal).
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and drive process improvement.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport and foster collaboration.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability and resilience when faced with new challenges.

Working Schedule:

This role requires flexibility to collaborate with international clients and teams across multiple time zones. The working location is daily from our office in Saigon.
