The role:

We are looking for a highly structured Head of Finance & Accounting to maintain our current financial systems while acting as a vital business partner to our leadership. This role requires a professional who built their career in rigorous accounting and compliance before stepping up into commercial finance and strategy. You will be the definitive "number owner" bridging our Vietnam and our operation in the Nordics - Denmark, Sweden and Norway.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting & Compliance Core: Ensure absolute compliance with VAS, Circular 99, and Tax regulations (VAT/CIT/FCT). Oversee AP/AR, GL, and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure "one version of the truth."
• Cross-Border Consolidation (DK–VN): Manage group reporting, intercompany reconciliations, and strict month-end deadlines, ensuring seamless alignment between local and EU standards.
• Group Cash & Treasury: Execute cash flow forecasting, control working capital, and manage banking relationships.
• Financial Reporting & BI: Maintain and optimize Power BI dashboards, conduct budget vs. actual variance analysis, and prepare management reporting packs.
• Business Partnering: Act as the "management translator." Convert complex accounting data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders, advising on project profitability, pricing, and margins. Advisory on red flags and actions as well as financial planning, projections and strategic scenarios.

What you bring to the table:

• Accounting First, Finance Second: You must have a deep, proven background in core accounting (Audit, Chief Accountant, or GL management) before having transitioned into FP&A or Finance Leadership.
• 5 to 8+ years of progressive financial management experience.
• Proven expertise in multi-entity, cross-border consolidation (Asia/EU corridors preferred).
• Strong technical mastery of advanced Excel and Power BI (you understand system workflows and data logic).
• Exceptional English and Vietnamese communication skills with the confidence to advise global Managing Partners.

• Working Location: Thanh My Tay Ward, Ho Chi Minh city
• Working Schedule: Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day.
• Working time: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
