The Role as Account Intern:

• Ensure daily communication with clients.
• Support the Account Manager in executing projects from start to finish.
• Monitor contracts and paperwork with clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
• Support client communication and feedback with professionalism and care.
• Assist in maintaining existing contacts and developing relationships in the Vietnamese market.
• Contribute ideas to improve client satisfaction and project efficiency.

You as a person:

• Recent graduate in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
• Able to communicate in English in both verbal and written forms at an intermediate level.
• Proactive, willing to learn, and have a growth mindset.
• Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Positive attitude and teamwork spirit.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized under pressure.

General Information about the Position

• Report to Head of Account & Project Management/ Project Management Team Lead
• Internship Period: 6 months
• Job level: Intern L0.1
• Working Location: Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh city
• Working time: Monday to Friday

Working Schedule:

You will be working in shifts to engage with our clients around the world who operate in different time zones from ours. Shifts will be flexible on a weekly basis and scheduled by the team lead.

• Morning shift: 10.00 AM - 6.00 PM
• Evening shift: 1.00 PM - 9.00 PM
