About this role

We’re looking for a highly creative, digitally native Senior UI/UX Designer with experience designing for web, mobile apps, and digital platforms, along with strong expertise in branding. You’ll lead the creation of user-centered interfaces, develop prototypes,  and collaborate across teams to deliver impactful digital experiences.  

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation of world-class design and execution of user-centric interfaces across web, app, and multi-platform experiences.
  Translate business goals and user needs into elegant, simple, functional design solutions.
• Collaborate with Vietnam creatives, digital experts and Denmark team.
• Collaborate closely with Copywriters, Designers, and Creative Lead.
• Collaborate on branding and brand identity projects.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity visuals that communicate design intent clearly.
• Collaborate closely with the digital team, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring concepts to life.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to guide design decisions.
• Evolve and maintain design systems to ensure visual and functional consistency across all touchpoints.
• Stay up-to-date with digital trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Support designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web, mobile app, and responsive design projects.
• Good experience in branding and brand identity.
• Proven expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design/prototyping tools.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, and interaction design principles.
• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail and consistency.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a drive to push creative boundaries.
