Your role:

• Join us as our Digital Technical Specialist who is a part of the Digital Media team, your role will be responsible for executing the digital marketing projects from the global  clients by managing content for web and campaign emails.
• You will provide hands-on problem-solving and administrative assistance via multiple platforms, while closely following the tight deadline for each digital campaign/ project.

Key responsibilities:

• CRM Marketing - 40%
• Create marketing emails and segmentation list on CRM platform, including setting up, testing and deploying.
• Set up automation workflows based on campaign requirements.
• Web content management - 30%
• Execute web management, publishing, updating and localizing web content and supporting a wide range of content management systems (CMS).
• Create landing pages and manage web content based on client requests.
• Digital platforms & task coordination - 20%
• Ensure that deadlines are followed.
• Oversee the implementation of project/campaign improvements.
• Cross-functional collaboration - 10%
• Participate in meetings/seminars with Digital Marketing Specialists from the client‘s side, acting as a consultant on digital marketing best practices.

Training period:

• Before fully taking the position, you will be required to train on:
• Team structure/workflow of clients/internal procedures.
• Internal management systems.
• Digital platforms (Account Management, Umbraco, etc.)
• Other internal workshops and training from time to time to continuously enhance the skills.

Working schedule:

You will be working in shifts to engage with our clients around the world who operate in different time zones from ours. Shifts will be rotated weekly, and arranged by the team lead:

• Morning shift: 9.00 AM – 5.30 PM
• Afternoon shift: 1.00 PM - 9.00 PM 
• Evening shift: 3.00 PM – 11.00 PM

You as a person:

• Having knowledge about and/or experience in various CMS and CRM platforms is preferred (Wordpress, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Umbraco, Hubspot …) 
• Experience in coding, basic HTML, CSS  is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, marketing, business administration or other relevant fields.
• Tech savvy, eager in learning, setting up, configuring systems and platforms.
• Solid organizational skills, able to prioritize and juggle between tasks. Have an eye for detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• A team player, and an independent worker.
• Proactive, willing to learn with a growth mindset.
