Your role:
Paid Media (80%):
- Plan monthly digital marketing activities and set up campaigns primarily on Google, with additional support on Meta, LinkedIn, and Programmatic platforms, to generate orders and acquire new customers.
- Manage daily campaign operations and continuously optimize performance across channels to ensure predefined KPIs are achieved.
- Ensure digital advertising best practices are consistently applied across all platforms.
- Manage and monitor linked accounts, tracking systems, and platform integrations to ensure seamless and effective campaign execution.
- Support the Manager in marketing planning and decision-making, contributing ideas and researching new approaches and methods.
- Conduct customer segment and market research to develop effective marketing strategies and campaign plans.
- Perform weekly and monthly performance analysis, reviewing metrics, data signals, and insights, and deliver reports that connect digital advertising performance with sales outcomes.
Data Analytic (20%):
- Managing and implementing Data Visualizations on Looker Studio.
- Analyzing performances, metrics, and resulting actionable insights to move forward.
You as a person:
- Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, marketing or other relevant fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- A team player, and an independent worker.
- Proactive, willing to learn with a growth mindset.

- Working Location: Thanh My Tay ward, Ho Chi Minh city
- Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 hours per day.
