Your responsibilities:
- Think and design visually by translating creative briefs and direction into strong visual concepts across key visuals, campaign assets, packaging, and layout, with the visual judgment to grasp the intended outcome without needing extensive explanation.
- Interpret creative direction and visual references effectively, with the ability to understand the intended visual outcome without requiring extensive explanation.
- Own the design and artwork process end-to-end, from concept development to final, polished delivery.
- Turn creative ideas into polished, high-quality visual executions with exceptional attention to detail and finishing.
- Bring high-level craft to every execution with advanced Photoshop and Illustrator skills for image manipulation, retouching, compositing, and finishing.
- Create sophisticated image manipulation, retouching, compositing and other visual treatments to bring concepts to life.
- Work closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors and Copywriters to translate ideas into strong visual solutions.
- Contribute visual ideas, references and creative approaches when developing concepts, while maintaining a strong focus on design execution and craft.
- Work across advertising campaigns, brand communication and Nordic design projects, adapting to different visual styles and expectations.
- Adapt designs across multiple formats and channels while maintaining visual quality and consistency.
- Explore new visual techniques, references and technologies to continuously raise the quality of the work.
- Bring extended visual skills such as 3D, motion design or AI-supported creative tools to add depth and possibilities to the work.
- Conduct pre and post-production quality checks to keep every asset to a high standard of visual craft and finishing.
Requirements
- At least 4+ years of professional experience in design, advertising, communication or creative agencies.
- Strong portfolio with excellent examples of high-level visual design, campaign Key Visuals and exceptional design craft.
- Excellent craftsmanship and a strong eye for detail, able to consistently raise the visual quality and finishing of the work.
- Strong understanding of branding and visual communication.
- Excellent skills in composition, typography, colour, image-making and visual hierarchy.
- Mastery of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with the ability to use them confidently for advanced compositing, retouching, manipulation and artwork.
- Strong ability to transform a creative concept or direction into a polished, production-ready visual execution.
- Able to understand and interpret visual direction, references and feedback from international creative teams and clients.
- High attention to detail and excellent production/artwork skills.
- Experience working with international or global brands is a strong plus.
- Experience with AI creative tools is a plus.
- Figma knowledge is an advantage.

- Able to work effectively with international teams and communicate clearly in English.
