InBold is a brand new strategic, 360º creative communications  agency, built from a merger of Essencius and The Color Club. We’ve joined together to build outstanding narratives for brands and create stories that are truly worth sharing.

With more than 47 years of combined years in business, we are experienced in all aspects of brand marketing and deeply invested in developing and applying AI and digital tools to scale communication assets.

Our 130+ employees are story hunters, creators and facilitators who help brands and companies bring their stories to life and share them with exactly the right target groups. 

As a Senior Copywriter, you will be a key creative force, expected to think strategically, conceptually, and with a strong command of language. You will craft compelling brand narratives and campaign messaging for clients across Scandinavia (ENG)  and Vietnam (VN), shaping tone of voice and written communication across multiple touchpoints.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the copywriting team by example.
• Elevating the level of creativity and relevance at all times.
• Create impactful copy in both English and Vietnamese.
• Generating exciting, persuasive brand ideas and campaign concepts for clients.
• Creating brand names, brand stories, taglines, tone of voice, and communication styles.
• Collaborating with the Head of Design, Art Directors, Designers, and other Copywriters.
• Assisting in gathering, analyzing, and presenting research on brands and their competitors.
• Working with Scandinavian, local, and global clients.
• Collaborate with Vietnam creatives and Denmark creatives.
• Contributing to InBold’s internal marketing and communications, including case studies and social media.
• Using client briefs to conceive, develop, and produce effective headlines.
• Proposing copy concepts in an engaging way for clients and executing projects upon approval.
• Creating social and influencer campaigns with original key hooks and planning the rollout.

Writing clear, easy-to-read, and error-free content for a wide range of online and offline advertising, including Google, Meta, and LinkedIn copy, blog posts, presentations, brand standards documents, and more.

Our Requirements:

• BSc/BA in Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field.
• Fluent in written and verbal English, with a clear, concise writing style.
• Communication level equivalent to a native English speaker in both writing and conversation.
• Excellent copywriting skills in both English and Vietnamese for consumer-facing communication and ads.
• Ability to confidently present work.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ATL and Social Agency.
• A strong, clear storyteller who can write in various styles and tones of voice.
• Professional experience (e.g., international advertising agency).
  Commercial awareness and the ability to understand target audiences.
• Interest in popular culture, new trends, and emerging styles.
• Understanding of advertising campaign concepts and branding.
• Knowledge of award-winning campaigns.
• Familiarity with online content strategy and creation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team settings.
• Experience using the latest AI tools for research, concept development, and copywriting.
