Key Responsibilities
- Creative Crafting & Visual Execution
- Develop and refine campaign visuals, layouts, compositions, typography, image treatment and overall visual consistency.
- Create pitch mock-ups, campaign roll-outs, activation visuals and other communication materials that bring creative ideas to life with strong attention to craft and detail across different formats and touchpoints.
- Work closely with Art Directors and other specialists to ensure the final output reflects the intended creative idea.
- Multidisciplinary Design
- Work across campaign / visual adaptation, pitch decks and presentation design, social and digital assets, brand / communication materials, activation and experiential mock-ups, and basic motion / animated assets.
- Be comfortable switching between different types of design tasks while maintaining a consistent level of quality.
- Collaborate with specialists across UX/UI, Motion, AI and other creative disciplines when projects require broader capabilities.
- Nordic & International Projects
- Support creative projects coming from Nordic and international teams, particularly across different time zones.
- Translate creative direction and references from international teams into well-crafted local executions.
- · Work within global brand guidelines and creative standards while bringing strong local design craft to the work.
- Communicate clearly in English with international Global Creative Director, Creatives and other stakeholders.
- Be comfortable working with different creative styles, briefs and ways of working across markets.
- Agency & Cross-Team Support
- Provide responsive visual support to the agency team when required.
- Handle multiple projects and requests while prioritising according to urgency, complexity and creative impact.
- Support internal creative initiatives, recruitment materials, social content, credentials and other agency design needs.
- Maintain and contribute to shared visual assets, templates and design resources.
- Stay curious about new technologies and continuously look for smarter, faster ways to create high-quality work.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional design experience, preferably within a creative or communication agency.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating solid visual craft and creative execution across different types of work.
- Strong fundamentals in composition, typography, layout, colour, image treatment and visual storytelling.
- Experience turning creative concepts or art direction into polished final visuals.
- Comfortable working across multiple disciplines and formats rather than being limited to one design specialty.
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma and presentation / deck design.
- Working knowledge of After Effects or motion design is a strong plus.
- Experience with AI creative tools and AI-assisted visual production is welcomed
- Able to work independently from a clear direction, but also comfortable with incomplete briefs and evolving creative requirements.
- Good English communication skills and confidence working with international stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM shift to collaborate with international / Nordic teams.
Working Schedule
The role is designed to provide stronger overlap with our Nordic / international teams, while also supporting Creative Studio Hub and Agency Hub projects when required.
