InBold is a brand new strategic, 360º creative communication agency, built from a merger of Essencius and The Color Club. We’ve joined together to build outstanding narratives for brands and create stories that are truly worth sharing.
We develop brand and communication strategies, provide consultancy, master creativity, and carry out communication activities in the Nordics, Southeast Asia, and globally.
With more than 47 years of combined years in business, we are experienced in all aspects of brand marketing and deeply invested in developing and applying AI and digital tools to scale communication assets.

Responsibilities
- Mainly work with jobs at advanced and standard level.
- Responsible for the quality of specific jobs allocated by team lead.
- Strictly follow the timeline and ensure all the jobs involved meet the client’s deadline.
- Strictly follow the rules and policy as well as the working structures of the company.
- Fully understanding of rules and principles of the client’s brand guidelines.
- Responsible for training new employees allocated by team lead.
- Support superiors regarding managing productivity and efficiency of the team.
- Report ongoing jobs to superiors.
Requirements
- At least 2 - 3 years of experience in the Graphic Design field.
- Proficient in tools such as Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Powerpoint, etc.
- Proficient in English, with the ability to read, comprehend, and critically analyze briefings.
- Meticulous and attentive to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
- Adaptable and willing to take on various assignments without being overly selective.
- Open-minded, and receptive to new ideas and perspectives.
- Committed to continuous learning, constantly seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth.
- Flexible and available for shift work as required.
- Capable of working effectively in a team and collaborating with others to finish projects.
- Have job management abilities, specifically flexible scheduling, time management, and progress tracking of to-do lists.
Working Schedule
You will be working in shifts to engage with our clients around the world who operate in different time zones from ours. Shifts will be rotated weekly, and arranged by team leader:
- Morning shift: 7.00 AM - 3.00 PM
- Evening shift: 3.00 PM - 11.00 PM
