Responsibilities:

• Perform basic to intermediate image retouching, including cut paths, resize, reformat, color correct, adjust contrast, remove unwanted backgrounds, composite, retouch, etc for clients’ utilization.
• Ensure visual consistency, accuracy, and quality across all deliverables.
• Follow client briefs, brand guidelines, and production requirements.
• Prepare and export final assets according to technical specifications.
• Support senior team members in high-volume production projects.
• Manage multiple tasks while meeting project deadlines and quality standards.
• Organize and maintain production files and asset libraries.
• Participate in quality control checks and revision rounds.

Requirements: 

• Interest in exploring AI and automation solutions
• Open to receive feedback in a fast-paced production environment
• Willing to learn fashion retouch, advanced masking/clipping path, and production workflows
• Understanding of image formats, color spaces, and digital production workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work within established processes.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• A portfolio showcasing retouching work, personal projects, or relevant coursework is preferred.
• Can use both Mac and PC is a plus

Working Schedule

You will be working in shifts to engage with our clients around the world who operate in different time zones from ours. Shifts will be rotated weekly, and arranged by production lead:

• Morning shift: 7.00 AM - 3.00 PM
• Evening shift: 3.00 PM - 11.00 PM

Worth knowing: 

• Report to Team Lead
• Probation period: 60 days
• Employment type: Full-time
• Working Location: Thanh My Tay ward, Ho Chi Minh city
• Working Schedule: Monday to Friday; occasional half-day Saturday for training or urgent tasks (not counted as overtime).
