Responsibilities:

Create layout for Nordic magazines based on given guidelines and requirements.
Create product instruction layout and adapt to multiple languages following clients’ CVI (Corporate Visual Identity).
Combine graphics, written content, and advertisements to create visually appealing layouts.
You are able to create the final artwork and prepare final files that meet the client’s specifications

Requirements:

For Senior Level: 3-5 years of experience in producing magazines and creative jobs
For Senior Level: Proficiency in knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
For Senior Level: Familiar with CVI/Brand guidelines, marketing, and communications materials
2-3 years of experience in creating marketing materials, or at least 1.5 years specializing in layout and packaging design.
Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
Familiar with CVI/Brand guidelines, marketing, communications materials, and layout guidelines
Having knowledge about printing techniques, color profiles, and printing material is a plus
Open-minded, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team
Able to schedule and prioritize tasks, and have attention to detail
Able to conduct office communication and understand clients‘ briefs in English

Working Schedule:

You will be working in shifts to engage with our clients around the world who operate in different time zones from ours. Shifts will be rotated weekly, and arranged by production lead:

Morning shift: 7.00 AM - 3.00 PM
Evening shift: 3.00 PM - 11.00 PM
Night shift: 04:00 PM – 00:00 AM (Work from home)

Worth knowing:

Report to Production Lead or Team Lead
Probation period: 2 months
Job level: Open for Junior L1.1 to Senior L3.2
Employment type: Full-time
Working Location: Thanh My Tay Ward, Ho Chi Minh city
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday; occasional half-day Saturday for training or urgent tasks (not counted as overtime).
