Responsibilities:

Client Strategy & Consultation + Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary consultant and strategic advisor for assigned clients.
• Understand clients‘ business objectives, challenges, target audiences, and competitive landscape.
• Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Identify opportunities for growth and recommend appropriate marketing solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead client meetings, campaign reviews, and strategic discussions.
• Manage client expectations, timelines, and project deliverables.
• Act as the voice of the client internally to ensure successful execution.
• Participate in pitches and proposal development for new business opportunities.
• Conduct digital audits and market research for prospective clients.
• Recommend innovative solutions and emerging digital trends.

Campaign Planning & Management

• Create integrated digital marketing plans across channels, including:
• Paid Media (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, …)
• SEO and Content Marketing
• Social Media Marketing
• Email Marketing and Marketing Automation
• Website and Conversion Optimization
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns effectively.

You as a person: 

• Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, marketing or other relevant fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• A team player, and an independent worker.
• Proactive, willing to learn with a growth mindset.
• Client-centric mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities.

• Working Location: Thanh My Tay ward, Ho Chi Minh city
• Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day
• Working time: From 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
