Your role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, organized, and skilled in managing customer-centric digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of the digital project lifecycle, from concept to completion.
• Develop and communicate comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Map customer journeys to identify user pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Create and review wireframes to ensure alignment with project goals and user needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams (designers, developers, marketers) to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
• Monitor project progress using agile methodologies and address roadblocks proactively.
• Prepare support documentation such as requirement specifications, and status reports.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Good  at English communication (verbal and written)
• Proven experience as a Digital Delivery Manager in website development or a similar digital role.
• Familiarity with web technologies, content management systems (CMS), and basic web development principles.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Trello, Asana, JIRA, or similar.
