You as a person:

• Support the design team in coordinating design projects from briefing to delivery
• Review and quality-check graphic design outputs to ensure alignment with client briefs and brand guidelines
• Assist in managing project timelines, priorities, and deadlines
• Join meetings with clients to support communication, note-taking, and follow-ups
• Coordinate between designers,  shiftleads, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow
• Track feedback, revisions, and project status updates
• Support the Shift Leads in daily project management and operational tasks
• Help maintain organized project documentation and assets

Requirements

• Background or interest in Graphic Design, Communication, Marketing, or related fields
• Fluent Swedish and English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Good attention to detail, especially in reviewing visual/design outputs
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn

Working Schedule

You will be working in shifts to engage with our clients around the world who operate in different time zones from ours. Shifts will be rotated weekly, and arranged by team leader:

• Morning shift: 7.00 AM - 3.00 PM
• Evening shift: 3.00 PM - 11.00 PM

Worth knowing:

• Report to Shift Leads
• Internship duration: 6 months or more if possible
• Provide internship stamp
• Working Location: Thanh My Tay Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
• Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day.
