Your responsibilities:

• Brainstorm and create visually outstanding campaign concepts that connect with our clients‘ goals and their ideal customers.
• Complete all stages of a creative project from mood boarding, sketching, designing to implementing assets.
• Manage and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support.
• Work efficiently with cross departments on the development of needed client materials.
• Pre and post-production quality checks.
• Present ideas and concepts internally and with clients when required. 

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience working in advertising or communication agencies, creative agencies. Experience on global brands is a must.
• Strong design skills and excellent understanding of branding.
• Skilled at concept and idea creation for communication campaigns.
• Be a pro at Adobe Creative Suite and have experience with 3D design software and Figma.
• Embrace the power of AI tools like Midjourney and ChatGPT to enhance your creative process.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of campaign-level projects.
• Open-minded, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team.
• Able to conduct office communication and understand clients‘ briefs in English.
