JUNIOR AD DESIGNER
Job Description:
As a Junior Graphic Designer specializing in ads, you will collaborate with the design team to create attention-grabbing and effective advertisements for our print publications. This role is ideal for a creative professional looking to gain practical experience and develop skills in graphic design and print media.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing ads under the supervision of senior and mid-level designers.
- Follow brand guidelines and design standards to ensure consistency in all ad materials.
- Work on multiple design projects with attention to detail and time management.
- Receive and implement feedback from more experienced team members and clients.
- Stay updated on design trends and printing technologies relevant to ads.
- Produce static print and digital ads for the customers.
- Maintain and, if necessary, develop our customers‘ ad and graphic profiles.
- Translate customer production material into selling campaigns by focusing on message, color, images, and layout.
- Ensure ad productions are delivered according to deadlines and timeframes, and work proactively.
- Collaborate with writers, photographers, and editors for ad content.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in graphic design, preferably in ad design.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).
- Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Strong organizational and communication skills in English.
- A portfolio showcasing design work, especially in print media, is preferred.
- Basic copywriting skills.
- Knowledge of image editing, image masking, ICC profiles, color management, and image resolution.
- Familiarity with AI prompting for images and copy.
MID-LEVEL AD DESIGNER
Job Description:
As a Mid-Level Graphic Designer specializing in ads, you will take on more complex design projects, collaborating closely with the marketing team and clients to craft effective advertising solutions that align with business goals and target audience requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Design and produce engaging advertisements that meet client expectations and publication standards under senior & lead’s supervision.
- Contribute to the creative process from concept to production.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand project scopes and client needs.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior team members.
- Ensure all design work aligns with current industry trends and best practices.

- Quality assures the design, message, and content of the production.

SENIOR AD DESIGNER
Job Description:
As a Senior Graphic Designer focusing on ads, you will support the leads in the creative design process, working directly with clients and developing high-impact advertisement campaigns that drive engagement and achieve strategic marketing goals.
Responsibilities:
- Support and guide the design team in creating compelling and innovative advertisements under the lead’s direction.
- Develop, implement, and oversee design strategies and creative standards across all projects.
- Build strong client relationships, understanding their branding and business objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on layouts, typography, and ad design to meet high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with editorial and sales teams to ensure cohesive and aligned messaging.
- Manage design resources and assist in budget planning for advertising projects.
- Mentor and develop junior and mid-level designers, fostering a culture of creativity and growth.

Working Schedule
You will be working in shifts to engage with our clients around the world who operate in different time zones from ours. Shifts will be rotated weekly, and arranged by team leader:
- Morning shift: 7.00 AM - 3.00 PM
- Evening shift: 3.00 PM - 11.00 PM
